The rooms at Aris Amsterdam were cozy and comfortable, with a homely vibe that made me feel instantly relaxed. I loved having my own private bathroom, complete with a soothing bath and a hairdryer. The fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were a great touch, making it easy to prepare snacks anytime. The electric kettle in the double room was a bonus, perfect for making a quick cuppa. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bed added to the overall enjoyable experience. The inclusion of bed linen and towels made packing hassle-free.
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had a shower instead of just a bath. But hey, that's just me!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with all the necessary information before we arrived. The facilities were spotless and had everything we needed, including a complimentary coffee and snack area. Plus, the bathroom was impressively spacious with both a bathtub and a shower. We also loved the vibrant and cozy decor that made us feel right at home.
The lack of an elevator connecting the ground floor to the rooms was a bit inconvenient, but the staff did help us with our luggage. The stairs are quite steep, which might not be ideal for elderly or physically challenged guests.

The location of this historic house was convenient to major sites and Centraal Station. We enjoyed exploring the grand canals nearby. the room was small but had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped storage cupboard. the bathroom was clean and luxurious, with a great shower and bath. the host was friendly and helpful.
The narrow and steep stairs to the apartment were challenging with a lot of large luggage.
